The role of an early childhood professional is rewarding, yet challenging. It is not always easy, but help is available. The Childcare Consultation Service works directly with child care providers and early educators to improve the overall capacity of child care programs to respond to and meet the needs of all children in their care. When challenges arise, a team of consultants can identify resources and provide referrals, strategies, and follow up to address specific issues that impede the success of the children in child care and early education settings.
