This module will focus on professional development, personal wellness and topics related to child care program operation. This training will also inform both early childhood professionals interested in earning a CDA credential and professionals who support, train and advise the early childhood workforce about the CDA credential process.

This series is one of the Level II Modules. Level II refers to the second level on the Northern Lights Early Childhood Professional Development Career Ladder.
