The Lamoille Family Center organizes two projects every year to make the holidays a bit brighter for area families. The Holiday Project will take place on December 19th at St Theresa’s Parish in Hyde Park Village, when parents (or guardians) who have registered with the Family Center choose new toys for their children as well as donated books, hats and mittens. Families must complete 2 hours of community service during the year in order to participate in this project.

The Adopt a Family Project requires families to be referred by a service provider to participate in this project, where they are matched with a donor (family, business, religious group, etc) who shops for the members of the family based upon items listed on a wish list that the family creates.
