In 2010, 147 families with 325 children participated in the Lamoille Family Center’s Annual Holiday Project. Even more families are likely to participate this year.  Your help is needed to ensure that there will be plenty of toys available for all families. On December 17th parents or guardians who have registered with the Family Center choose new toys, games, puzzles, hats and mittens for their children. Families must complete 2 hours of community service during the year in order to participate in this project. You can help by drop off new toys, games, or puzzles at the Family Center on Cadys Falls Road in Morrisville. In addition, the Family Center has partnered with Toys for Tots to distribute toy collection boxes throughout the community. All toys collected will be used to support the Holiday Project. Boxes are located in: Eden – Elementary School You can also help by donating money to be used to purchase toys, donating new or used children’s books, volunteering your time to help staff the event, asking family, friends and co-workers to donate items to this project, and referring families in need to this project. For more information, please contact Wendy Chauvin at 888-5229 ext 120 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
