The Lamoille Interagency Network for Kids (LINK) Program provides strength-based services designed to enhance the educational, social and emotional assets of the youth and families served. Services include crisis intervention, emergency shelter, conflict resolution, independent living skills as well as youth and family advocacy. "Every summer I look forward to attending the summer program. This year I was hired as a counselor at the camp and it got me thinking about a career in social work because I love helping kids and I had a great time applying the skills I had observed the staff utilizing over the years". "Home was a hard place to be at, but I knew I could always turn to one place for any kind of help I needed – the Family Center". "The LINK Summer Camp was where I first met the staff and I knew they were people I can rely on. They helped and supported me through the tough times that I had. I owe these people everything. They are some of the best people I know". |
