Resource and Outreach Project Manager

The Lamoille Family Center seeks an energetic, organized, and experienced professional to join our team. This 40-hour/week position is responsible for providing outreach and support to underserved populations, connecting them to services and concrete supports provided by LFC and other community resources as well as the potential for some short-term case management. This position is also responsible for providing outreach and education on LFC programming throughout the community.

A generous amount of vacation time and sick time, and single person health insurance benefits are included in this position. Salary starts at $51,000 and has the potential to be higher based on experience and education level. 

Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in psychology, human services, social work or a related field and/or five years of relevant work experience. Qualified candidates will have the ability to work collaboratively with a team inclusive of community partners, the ability to work independently, a solid understanding of regional and state resources and how to apply for them, and strong communication and organization skills. Since travel throughout the Lamoille Valley is required, a valid Driver’s License and reliable, insured transportation are necessary.
